Okay let me read and s...OMG, thanks for doing this! Okay let me read and share a few of my thoughts, brb. : )

You were born in Cuba? That is really cool! Hey, I *never* knew that about you! Wow!

How funny, you took ballet and tap? I took ballet and tap when I was little too. How funny! Ha ha ha : )

Okay, reading again, brb again, lol. : )

I completely agree with #4!!! I really wasn't too crazy about Japanese food either. And I really dislike fish. And yes, the thought of vinegar mixed with rice grosses me out too. And just like you said. It's consider not so nice to refuse to eat something and mix in the whole connecting with others and food, like you said. I always have a problem with that too. That said, I have grown to like more and more things all the time. I have gotten a wider food pallet since when I first moved here. But I am still light- years behind many expats regarding, eating Japanese food, including you Illahee, I know you can eat way more stuff in Japan, then I can. Sigh. But I really am trying. : )

OMG about #5. You were a natural swimmer. I love that. Okay little known weird fact about me is, I was a water baby. Before I could walk, I could swim. Parents did that to me, when I was just a few months old. LOL.

You've been to Korea before even for a stop-over is cool. I have too. I loved it ( we were only there for a vaction)! I'm also not very well traveled either! Except for the US. I'd like to go to Europe someday, sigh. : )

You like to chew ice, eh? Again, I never knew that! And you like to read? That is a good hobby you have. I'm so bad. People can't pay me to read for pleasure. I'm hopeless. : ) I do read junk like the National Enquirer though, but that doesn't really count, I think. He he.

Thanks for doing this, I really feel I know more about you now! : )Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02427544303742999100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7204117.post-10386324435140587492007-07-06T14:37:00.000+09:002007-07-06T14:37:00.000+09:00Never too late to get back to ballet again. I blogged about it twice recently at http://heidiandthe3boys.typepad.com/konnichiwa/

Very relaxing, nice to get away from the kids and meet Japanese. Although I understand you are pregnant now and would not recommend starting during a pregnancy.Heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17646487077122485597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7204117.post-34988811393286617012007-07-05T10:23:00.000+09:002007-07-05T10:23:00.000+09:00i never really cared for slurpees. but then, we n...i never really cared for slurpees. but then, we never really had a 7-11 nearby.illaheehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08109064612619771372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7204117.post-11004951481375722582007-07-04T22:26:00.000+09:002007-07-04T22:26:00.000+09:00So what book was it?TM- they are calling slurpees ...So what book was it?

TM- they are calling slurpees squishees now at 7-11s for the Simpsons movie.Perogyohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01066575445602451389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7204117.post-11005248293589259052007-07-04T13:27:00.000+09:002007-07-04T13:27:00.000+09:00Cuba! I would have killed for a slurpee (Canadian 7-11 drink, it`s like kakigori here) and made my husband search high and low for the right kind of ice. :)

How difficult to live here and not like the food!Tigermamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07561410317253800677noreply@blogger.com
