here's a picture of kokura-jo.  my parents and i visited it with the baby last friday.  we had a nice time.  there's a new shopping center next to it so we got to see an old (reconstructed) castle and garden as well as have lunch, a starbucks break and shop at baby gap.  my family's trip went pretty well, and now we're slowly getting back to normal.
