today yoshi has an overnight business trip to yamanashi. i've never been to yamanashi. isn't part of mt. fuji in yamanashi? anyway, i made popcorn this afternoon, a rarity because we just don't have room for the popcorn popper and i put it in the closet. i have loads of popcorn (kernels) from costco, though, and hiro loves popcorn. i really hope i don't find a lot of popcorn under the kotatsu, which finally has its futon.
uh oh, hiro and sasha are in the toilet. gotta go.

Great. Now I want popcorn.
That's right, about half of Mt Fuji is in Yamanashi. From Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi, you can get a fabulous view of Mt Fuji!
Yumm popcorn....
I'm craving some now...
Is it just Kobe or is the popcorn in movie theaters all of the country sweet? I just want that buttery totally bad for you American movie theater popcorn.
*homer simpson noise*...
That is so funny. Just yesterday I rediscovered my waffle/ hot sandwhich maker that I had stored away because we had no counter space for it. The only problem is is that I can't find the plates that go with it. it is teasing me, taunting me from the kitchen as we speak!!
do you not pop it in the microwave at all?//
damn now I want popcorn :)
sara--the movie theaters around here (fukuoka city) have both buttered and caramel popcorn. they ask you which you want. buttered, of course!
mojavi, i have never liked microwave popcorn. just one of those weird things about me. usually i would pop corn in a pot with oil, but when i saw this air popper, i had to get it. popcorn is an awesome, healthy snack, especially if it's air popped. yum
for the record, i didn't find the popcorn under the kotatsu. it was on the floor, flooded with apple juice. *sigh*
