Nightmare! I know the answer already in that you live in Japan but do his bosses not consider the fact that you have 3 very young children and absolutely no help?! Have you thought about looking into one of those silver service things? Might be helpful to have someone come over to help out for a couple of hours just to give you some breathing space?!
