sorry, i don't have time for a decent post. today we went to the big city to meet up with kuri and her pinglet. we had fun. at home the kids were noisy and noisy. and yoshi complained about dinner. all in all, a usual day.
Hi there, I have not been blog surfing for a long time and am only just catching up. Your post on not getting any time to yourself and worse, having your own time conditioned to your husband's needs really struck a chord. My situation was probably only half as bad as yours and yet I was MISERABLE. It is not a good place to be. I second what the poster said about having the system of having 3 hours to yourself on weekends. In fact, 3 hours is short. I know of many who have 5 hours. If your husband can't look after, consider a babysitter. Expensive as it is, now is not the time to save on these things.
I am not sure why your husband decided not to bring the kid along and let you have some time to yourself but my husband has done that too. He gives me the "how do you think I am going to manage with 2 kids" line/look and that totally irritates me - hey, what do you think I have been doing all this while?
Hang in there and I hope you get time to yourself soon!
just a bewildered american woman stuck in japan with a husband, a boy, a girl and another little boy. if you find my sanity, you can keep it. i don't think i would know what to do with it now!

It must be so nice to be able to meet up with a good friend sometimes especially with the Pinglet and Tommy being so close in age!!
Have a good one today!
We had a great time too! I'll give you a call after we finish moving. :)
