i brought down winter clothes, since it is sooooo cool these days. tommy was so cold last night that we had a hard time getting him to sleep, and he woke up early this morning. i have loads of footed pajamas for tommy (hiro's old clothes) and a one for sasha (given by a friend) but none for hiro. well. hiro wants to 'try that!' poor little guy. guess we have to appeal to grandma and ask her to send a few (and a couple for sasha, too) so he doesn't feel left out.

I did the clothes changeover today too. Need to wrap Marina up warm cause she isn't too keen on blankets over her while getting to sleep. All in ones are great - except Marina at stage where wanting to start standing up so keeps sliding on to face.
Do your kids do the hand-me-down thing well? I have trouble as M won't give the clothes away and A won't wear them as 'they're M's clothes!' and she promptly puts them back in M's drawers. >_<
so far they're ok with hand me downs, but i think hiro is starting to recognize clothes i've gotten out for tommy. he usually claims all clothes as his, though, whether it's blue jeans or a pink dress! lol

The onsen sounds wonderful, I didn't know they had so many in Japan, although w/ volcanos and tectonic plates I should have realized. I teach geography and I love learning new things to share w/ my students!
