...and we are having tuna casserole. yum. i am making a roast chicken tomorrow, with stuffing and mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. we missed out last sunday to have dinner at a friend's (i am STILL bummed about it!) so it's kinda last minute. i got a huge chicken yesterday at costco, and a large bag of potatoes. i actually have a couple of cans of pumpkin puree in my cupboard so all i need to do is get some bread and dry it out for the stuffing. i'll make green bean casserole (because i like it!) and some cranberry sauce. *sigh* too bad yoshi will be at work when i serve it. but, the kids should enjoy it, and there will be plenty for him when he gets home.
