Gorgeous! You could crop it down to just her face for more wow-power but I really like the angles with the woman in the background, too.

I did some reading on your blog and discovered you're from my neck o' the woods...the Pacific Northwest! I'm west of Portland. My husband and I had the pleasure of traveling to Japan in 2000 and really loved it. My sis-in-law teaches English there now and she loves it, too.

I kind of like that you didn't crop the picture. The background gives it some perspective, but your daughter and her eyes are still very much the focus.
