so, it has come to my attention that there are those who absolutely loathe the word verification from blogger. i don't mind it at all, i use it myself (but let me admit that those blogger blogs using both word verification and moderation irritate me a lot; i really have to love a blog to leave a comment on one that uses both). i use it because i got a lot of spam comments a couple years back, but i'm turning it off for a bit. maybe to encourage comments. haha. anyway, if it comes back, then you'll know i got lots of spam again and i just HATE spam!

Does that mean you love my blog? Hee hee. Woo hoo! I've never given any thought to my comments setup, but now that you mention it, moderation AND verification is a bit of overkill (didn't really occur that I was doing both). So, no more word verification for me either! I'm ditching my bra too!
dude, i can't live without my bra! LOL
My computer dislikes some word verifications and I end up having to delete comments. I have started getting some SPAM comments that get deleted. Moderating comments would be a pain.

I was sad to hear you quit Iheartfaces but I understand your reasoning- would be great if you would still post your Iheartfaces pics but maybe you could do it on Fridays and call it facey fridays or something?!hehe
I don`t think my blog asks for word verification (although my old typepad blog did)- I have a pretty awesome spam thing hooked up to it as well however it will sometimes keep actual comments from getting posted but that is rare. (and I can moderate them at a later time)
I dont mind filling it in- having both though I suppose would be a bit annoying- I would hate to have to moderate comments.
It doesn't bother me that much. The problem is the people who have their comments set so that the word verf pops up because it doesn't load half the time! Drives me batty!

sara, it's a northern kyushu thing. or maybe a fukuoka-oita thing. LOL or something. ;) now that i'm in AFWF maybe i'll be invited more places...
lulu, don't you have a back up camera? both yoshi and i have point and shoot compact cameras...LOL i would hate to moderate comments, but i know why some of my bloggy friends do. sadly, there are awful people out there who have nothing better to do than put others down and mock them on their own blog....
