I`m not really a lurker just don`t always comment so much. Hopefully the weather near you is warming up!
hello from a non-lurker, but definitely a slack commenter.
i've kept your christmas photo posts (shot of your three kids and also the illumination photos) "as new" in my google reader because i have been meaning to tell you how adorable they are!
also, the last shot in the illumination post - the lit up bamboo stalks? - is gorgeous!!
I think I've de-lurked...I was thinking about doing the same on my blog as I seem to have lots of lurkers.. :) Good idea.
But anyway, Hello, and hope you're not too cold over there!!
Hi from Yamaguchi! I love your zoo pics - very nice :)

Lurker is such a scary word... Me too, not a lurker but also a slack arse commenter...
OK, I'll go with a question... What kind of singing do you do and is there ever a possibility of getting a video of you singing on your blog?? I was thinking about goig on that show where amateurs sing and get gonged or go on to the next round just for fun!
Is today offical delurking day? It's a bit scary asking everyone to delurk.
All the snow has melted here now although the decapitated snowman still sits abit sludgily (??) in the garden.
16 days to go... :) What's a bet one of our collective 12 kids gets sick.
I'm a Japanese mother and didn't know the word delurk. So I just looked it up in a dictionary and came back to say hi. Yay! Today I delurked!
Occasional visitor, delurking now. Love your blog, your kids are gorgeous and talented (must take after their mum, eh?)

Hihi! I got two comments today on my blog from new coommenters and that made me happy, so I will try and delurk more often myself!
I sometimes comment, but it's hard thinking of something worthy to say at times, KWIM?
I love your crafts, so maybe I'll ask a question about crafting....is there a craft that you don't know how to do, but wish that you did?
Hi I guess I am a lurker, I've been reading your blog for a while. I enjoy your writing and love pictures. I live in KY in USA dont get out much and enjoy reading blogs from around the world. My name is Lu better known at home as Mimi. Keep up the good work. L
I stop by as much as my memory allows, but I always love seeing your amazing knitting works and photos.
I stop by as much as my memory allows; I always love seeing your knit and photos because they're always amazing.
I'm checking you out frequently as you are on my blog roll, but I don't always comment. I didn't know it was delurking day. I missed it...I would have put something on my blog too. Is it too late, I wonder?
I haven't commented in FOREVER... but I am still reading :)
Hello from me, too! Still reading along regularly, not commenting as often as I should :-)
I have commented before, but it has been a long, long time. Hope your 2010 is great so far!
Hi... I'm delurking :)
Geez, is it sad that your own brother is a lurker? I guess I just don't have much to say and I usually read your posts long after they have been posted. But I do check regularly and love reading them. I especially like the pictures. Keep it up. Without this blog, I wouldn't know my niece or nephews at all! Thanks sis. Lots of love from your brother.
Still here, still reading! All the best from Tokyo!
Hey Illahee..not a lurker here but liked your idea-you got a lot of comments about it! Ok-I saw your brother comments so I am going to see his site just because I am curious! Laters!
rats...your brother has no blog....
Hello...sorry I don't comment nearly as much as you do on my blog. I love reading your blog. I feel like had DH and I made different choices early on in our marriage I'd have a life much like the one you're living today. Take care...I'm looking forward to the next post, as always!
i am not a lurker.
hello and happy new year!!!!
Not a lurker but very slack in commenting, apologies..hope you are having a great start to the new year and may it be all you hoped for :)
De-lurking here. I've been reading your blog regularly for a couple of months now, less regularly for a while before that. Living in Australia but desperately wanting to go back to Japan, I am living vicariously through your blog and those of other "wives of Japanese men in Japan". What are your thoughts on keeping your children bilingual as they start school? Our situation is the opposite to yours, trying to keep our children as fluent as possible in Japanese while living in an English environment, so I'd love to hear views from the other side of the fence.
I agree with Corinne, lurking sounds so sinister! At the risk of seeming sinister however, here I am!! I actually meant to wish you a happy new year but here we are rolling into February! :)
