we had a fun birthday party this year! only two invited families could make it, but that's ok. so many colds going around this time of year, sadly. anyway, we got together, dressed the kids up in costume, but after pictures were taken, the costumes were off! hiro wouldn't let me take his picture.



then we had cake and ice cream. the birthday boys wore birthday cake hats.





and then we decorated cupcakes!
