today hiro and i went for a long walk. along the way, i passed a small shrine which had all these statues with cute bibs on. so, i took a picture.

then i went to a supermarket and got some macaroni. hiro started to cry really hard, so i went to another nearby shrine. it was actually quite old and run-down, so i clapped twice and told the gods 'onegaishimasu' and then i fed hiro on the steps. afterward i clapped again and told the gods 'arigatougozaimasu'. i hope they weren't offended...
