although it's still august and the days are hot, the past few nights have become quite cool. it's nice, but i'm not ready for summer to be over yet. i hate fall. it's my least favorite season of the year. mainly because things begin to die. but also because it means summer is over and winter is coming. in seattle that means lots of rain. but here in japan it means freezing my ass off. i hate that part.

this summer japan has a campaign for saving energy by wearing 'cooler' clothes and keeping the airconditioner turned to 28 C. jenn talks about that here. well, today japan announced the counter-part to cool biz: warm biz. oh yes, now they are going to keep heaters turned down and encouraging workers to wear warmer clothes. good luck jenn!
