midori came back to japan on tuesday. hiro and i met her and joey in hakata and spent the morning in canal city. it is decorated for christmas, it was lovely.



i finally found the colonel dressed as santa:



and on the way back to my car i found another pietro, this one dresses as an elf:



on wednesday i met midori and her husband at costco. they brought back the bouncy seat we leant them and then we shopped like mad. well, i only bought five things, but M and D bought loads. of course, they live in kagoshima so that's only to be expected! now i probably won't see them until next year since hiro and i are going to the US soon. *sigh*
