we dyed 16 eggs yesterday. only one was cracked during the process. they turned out really pretty. very bright colors. then we set up the easter baskets, and after tommy woke up from his nap we went outside to take pictures.

Your kids look so happy! I wish my kids would get so excited over dyed eggs. They believe the only real Easter eggs worth getting excited over are the chocolate kind!

We've only ever done Easter egg hunts with chocolate eggs. If you dye the eggs with the kids do you then say that mummy hid them or the Easter bunny? And what did you do with 16 eggs for dinner?? @_@

we didn't hunt for the eggs. as i said, we dyed them, then got the baskets (and grass, plastic eggs and chocolate) and put them all together. tommy only got plastic eggs in his basket. then we went outside for pictures. i don't think i'm ready to do egg hunts with them! LOL
luckily, they don't know any different....

seriously your kids could not be any more beautiful. They are just amazingly cute. I can't believe how big Tommy has gotten. It makes me think of how fast the time goes by. I have been thinking about being done having babies and it makes me sad!
