edit: i get my typhoon info from the japan meteorological agency, and they have an earthquake section, too.

Where'd you get the map? I agree, I wish I'd gone to bed earlier, I ended up awake long enough to feel the aftershock. boo hoo. I never minded them so much until I had KIDS.

Thanks for the link, I know that site, I forgot they had earthquake reports too.
Erica was already awake (felt the before shocks/rattle?) and I was just leaving her to cry a little while I got myself ready to go up to her when it hit. I can laugh now at how FAST I got up those stairs (and even managed to remember to open the door on the way in case it jammed).
my kids slept through it all but it certainly had my heart pounding. then the pheasant started squacking...
