so yesterday i had an appointment, it was the last chance to get a 4D ultrasound of the baby, but...well, the position was not good and so no 4D this time around. too bad.
the baby didn't seem to gain in size, but i did. i was ok with my weight, but i forgot that i lost a kilo at the last appointment so this time it looked like i gained two in two weeks! oops! i got a 'red mark' for that. *rolls eyes*
starting next week i have appointments every week. and, i have to go alone with hiro because yoshi is going 'home' for his cousin's wedding on saturday. *sigh* i really wish the clinic still had baby sitters. at least i don't have to have a non-stress test!
obon is upon us and the clinic will be closed until wednesday. this is NOT the week to go into early labor! LOL

And to hell with the red marks. I think the nurse stopped giving them to me becasue everytime I did I think she got scared of me. I can scowl really well. hehehe

A red mark?!?
I gained 50 pounds during my first pregnancy, when I was starving and ate everything that wasn`t nailed down. I lost it all, within a year, and the second time around, I resolved to exercise more and eat nothing but healthy food. I stuck to this... and still gained 50 pounds (I ate A LOT of healthy food, I guess!). Again, I lost it all in a year.
My third baby was born in Japan. I gave my Japanese doctor my medical records and told him I was going to gain fifty pounds and lose it all within a year, and I DIDN`T WANT TO HEAR ONE PEEP FROM HIM ABOUT MY WEIGHT.
He didn`t peep -- but his nurse would shake her head and mutter after weighing me.
it was kind of funny, really. he had to tell me about the red mark. and guess what? i'm already at my pre-pregnancy weight again. LOL
