so, some readers have pointed out that the comments are hard to read (on my blog). the dark writing doesn't show up on the dark background. i don't know how to fix it, but i did set the blog (a blogger thing) so that if you click on comments on the main page of the blog, you go to another page and the comments are perfectly legible. for example, the previous post:

comment page for post

if you find yourself on the unique page for a particular post, you have to click on the 'home' link to get back to the main page of the blog. but if you want to read the comments easily, you can click on the 'post a comment' link and that will take you to the comment page. there you will be able to easily read previous comments and even leave your own!
