yes, i'm down in the dumps, maybe a little baby blues, maybe a little feeling left out, or maybe from all this fat that has deposited itself around my middle. *sigh* exercise would go a long way towards helping me feel better and getting that fat outta here, but i just don't have time or space. over the weekend my friend asked me how it was possible for me not to get any exercise with three kids?! well, when one of them isn't mobile, and i don't have a stroller for two, someone is slowing me down. and so, i might get out, but i don't move fast enough to call it exercise. anyway...there is always more to the story and even though it's possible that my (former) friends 'gave up' on our friendship because i moved away, i don't think that's it. but, it involves a lot of personal information about others that i don't feel comfortable with writing about here. heck, i could just be a self-centered chick and they really didn't freeze me out, i just thought they did. moving on:
hiro has taught sasha how to sing the abc's. it's very cute, though i doubt i'm gonna get it on video. she sings it like this: "ah ah ah ah ah ah gee, ah ah ahh ah ... ah... pee. ah ah ... finish." adorable!!

Hey illahee!
Hope you are feeling better.. if you are interested I'm looking into getting an exercise bike to do at home. On some of the sites I was reading it says it good if you want to exersize and have young kids you can do it while watching them watch a movie or napping or something.
I found a couple good ones for less than 3man.. if you are interested let me know! I'm getting mine next week I think... really need to get rid of some winter pounds.
By the way, from all your posts you sound a like a funny great girl and I'm sorry things have been down lately. I'm rooting for you here in Kobe!!!
Sara
Do they have double buggies in Japan? They have some really cool ones here that would solve all your problems as they are narrow and the kids kind of sit on top of each other. You could put Tommy in a sling and push the other two and get some seriously good exercise, especially now the weather is getting better. It will probably help you get out of your funk as well if you don't feel so confined to the house.
I think Midori has a good idea. I've seen double strollers lots of places - the ones that are side by side and the ones that are long with one kid in front of the other. The side by side ones are usually "umbrella strollers" so not too terribly expensive. Not so good for narrow roads, but maybe okay for parks and shopping centers. Just something to think about. When I am going crazy from the kids just getting out for a walk and fresh air helps a lot.
illahee, let me know when you'd like to meet up! I'm sorry you've been down lately...would love to have a chance to cheer you up! :)
Good morning Illahee,
I hope you are feeling better my friend! : ) I liked Sara's idea of the excercise bike (I use a treadmill but got mine affordably too : ) and I also thought Midori brought up a good point about the double stroller (because a nice walk in the sunshine and fresh air is a good idea too, and I like to walk my neighborhood when the weather is good too : ). Fwiw, I've seen the Jeep brand, side by side stroller at Toys r us and a few other places. It was affordable. Maybe those 2 ideas would/could be of some help for ya (hopefully at least : ). Maybe if that way you could go for some walks at least. Maybe it could help lift your spirits some. : )
Have a nice weekend! : )
PS, cool that you can meet up with Kuri again. Kuri's lovely as you know, and you're lovely too. Too bad, I didn't live closer to get to meet you both. : ( Ha ha ha. : )
You're still my friend!! (even though I don't read your blog every day, I guess...)
Hope you're feeling better! Sunshine should help soon. :) (but it keeps randomly snowing here, so what do I know?)
